English:
Akeertim chaapi bhootaani kathayishyanti te’vyayaam
Sambhaavitasya chaakeertir maranaad atirichyate
Sanskrit:
अकीर्तिम् चापि भूतानि कथयिष्यन्ति तेव्ययाम्
सम्भावितस्य चाकीर्तिर मरणात् अतिरिच्यते
Oriya:
ଅକୀର୍ତିମ୍ ଚାପି ଭୂତାନି କଥୟିଷ୍ୟନ୍ତି ତେବ୍ୟୟାମ୍
ସମ୍ଭାବିତସ୍ୟ ଚାକୀର୍ତିର ମରଣାତ୍ ଅତିରିଚ୍ୟତେ
Selected word meaning:
akeertim - infamy, cha - also, api - moreover (too), bhootani - all people, kathayishyanti - will speak, te - of you, avyayaam - forever, sambhaavitasya - for a respectable man, cha - also, akirtih - infamy, maranaat - than death, atirichyate - becomes worse than
Translation:
People, too, will speak of your infamy forever, and for a respectable man, infamy is worse than death
