Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 02, Verse 63

Krodhaat bhavati sammohah sammohaat smriti vibhramah
Smritibhramshaat buddhinaasho buddhinaashaat pranashyati
Sanskrit:
क्रोधत् भवति सम्मोहः सम्मोहात् स्मृति विभ्रमः
स्मृति भ्रंशात् बुद्धिनाशो बुद्धिनाशात् प्रणश्यति
Oriya:
କ୍ରୋଧାତ୍ ଭବତି ସମ୍ମୋହଃ ସମ୍ମୋହାତ୍ ସ୍ମୃତି ବିଭ୍ରମଃ
ସ୍ମୃତି ଭ୍ରଂଶାତ୍ ବୁଦ୍ଧିନାଶୋ ବୁଦ୍ଧିନଶାତ୍ ପ୍ରାଣଶ୍ୟତି

krodhaat - from anger, bhavati - occurs, sammohah - delusion, sammohaat - from delusion, smriti - memory, vibhramah - bewilderment, smriti bhramsaat - after bewilderment of memory, buddhi nasah - loss of intelligence, buddhi nasaat - from loss of intelligence, pranashyati - one perishes
Translation:
From anger delusion occurs, from delusion the bewilderment of memory, from bewilderment of memory the destruction of discrimination (intelligence) and from the destruction of discrimination one perishes.
